The Gathering

Overview

A safe story-led gathering in Toronto for women and mothers to share, connect, and break the eldest daughter generational pattern.

You’ve spent years carrying responsibilities that no one prepared you for. Being the eldest daughter often means becoming the dependable one — the peacemaker, the second parent, the fixer, the strong one.

The Eldest Daughter Conference was created to bring together women who understand that experience and create space for healing, identity, honest conversations and practical growth.

It is a safe, story-led gathering for women who recognize this experience — and for mothers who noticed and chose to break the cycle.

This is not a professional conference. It is a community event focused on:

Shared storytelling and lived experience

Extended Q&A and audience reflection

Raffle draws and prices to be won

Bonding’ session: Notes to self, affirmations, contact exchange

Open floor reflections and community building

You do not need credentials, a polished story, or professional expertise. You only need to recognize yourself here.
