Broken. Bittered. Beautified.

About B3 Women

Healing women. Restoring generations. Breaking cycles. Building women.

B3 Women is here for every woman who has carried pain she never chose, lived through cycles she didn’t start, and held a silence she was never meant to keep. Rooted in faith and grounded in trauma-informed care, we walk with women as they heal from abuse, reclaim their God-given identity, and step into a life of freedom and purpose.

Our Mission

Helping women heal from abuse, break generational cycles, reclaim identity, and move freely into God’s purpose.

Our Vision

A world where no woman remains trapped by inherited pain, hidden trauma, or abusive systems.

Our 7 Pillars of Impact

Every pillar is a promise — to heal, advocate, educate, and restore.

01

B3 Community

Our spiritual home. We offer weekly Bible studies, monthly testimony nights, prayer, discipleship, small groups, mentorship, women’s retreats, annual fasting and healing challenges, and scripture memorization. This is where healing begins — in community, in faith, and in truth.

02

B3 Therapy & Wellness

Acting as a vital bridge to mental healthcare. We partner with trauma therapists, psychologists, Christian counsellors, social workers, psychiatrists, and family therapists. We host quarterly Healing Clinics addressing emotional abuse, divorce, childhood trauma, narcissistic relationships, church hurt, infertility, and betrayal trauma. Through The B3 Healing Fund, we offer therapy scholarships covering 8, 12, or 24 sessions.

03

B3 Advocacy

Our public voice for women facing domestic violence, childhood abuse, sexual abuse, family violence, emotional, psychological and financial abuse, coercive control, religious abuse, and systemic marginalization — including immigrant women, Black women, Indigenous women, single mothers, and human trafficking survivors. We publish annual reports, host policy conversations, and create national awareness campaigns.

04

B3 Education

Transforming culture through knowledge. We offer courses on Healing 101, Understanding Trauma, Healthy Boundaries, Attachment Styles, Emotional Intelligence, Conflict Resolution, Parenting after Trauma, and Biblical Womanhood. We train churches, schools, workplaces, and youth leaders to respond with trauma-informed compassion.

05

B3 Research Institute

Becoming the global authority on Christian women and hidden trauma. We produce annual surveys, case studies, books, white papers, and journal publications — with a focused lens on Black and African women, immigrant women, parentification, and the intersection of faith and trauma.

06

B3 Conferences

Transformational gatherings that move women from survival to purpose: The Eldest Daughter Conference (Identity, Healing, Leadership, Purpose) — The Mother’s Table (Breaking unhealthy family cycles) — The Father Wound Summit (Healing paternal wounds) — Restored Marriage Conference — B3 Leadership Summit (Training pastors, counsellors, and ministry leaders) — Young Women’s Summit (For teens, university students, and young professionals).

07

B3 Foundation (Charitable Arm)

Our charitable arm — raising and distributing funds to provide emergency housing, therapy, food, transportation, education grants, legal aid, childcare, employment coaching, and micro-grants. Because healing should never be gatekept by finances.

Rooted in Research. Grounded in Faith.

B3 Research Institute bridges the gap between academic rigour and lived experience. Our work centres the voices of women most often excluded from mainstream trauma research — Black women, African women, immigrant women, and women navigating faith communities. We are committed to producing credible, peer-informed publications that shape policy, inform therapy, and equip the Church.
